Hi, I'm Hannah

Thank you for visiting my page.

I’m an Infant Massage Instructor and Wellbeing for Mothers and Babies group facilitator, passionate about supporting families through the early postnatal months. I help parents slow down, connect, and enjoy those precious early moments with their babies in a calm, nurturing space.

I’m fully qualified with the International Association of Infant Massage (IAIM), an internationally recognised programme known for its gentle, baby-led approach. Baby massage can support bonding, communication, and emotional regulation, while also helping to ease common early challenges such as wind, colic, digestive discomfort, sleep difficulties, and general restlessness. It offers parents a practical, responsive way to tune into their baby’s cues and build confidence in caring for them.

Alongside this, I’m also a qualified Wellbeing for Mothers and Babies facilitator through Wellbeing International — an organisation dedicated to supporting emotional wellbeing, connection, and early relationships. I also hold a Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People’s Workforce, which supports my understanding of child development, safeguarding, and family-centred care. This training has deepened my ability to create safe, supportive spaces for both babies and parents.

As a mum myself, I understand how overwhelming early parenthood can feel. Those lived experiences have shaped the way I work and strengthened my desire to create a warm, welcoming community where parents feel supported, understood, and less alone.

Community sits at the heart of what I do. Alongside my courses, I created the Touch Local Wellbeing Card — a complimentary card for parents who attend my sessions. It offers discounts with local businesses, helping to ease financial pressures while encouraging parents to prioritise their own wellbeing and stay connected within their community.

I offer group baby massage classes at Beyond Midwives in Liverpool City Centre, as well as semi-private sessions delivered from my base in Mossley Hill, and private one-to-one sessions which can take place in the comfort of your own home. These options allow families to choose the setting that feels right for them.

Baby massage is suitable from birth, whenever you feel ready to get out and about. I’m qualified to support families with babies up to around 12 months, and I also offer sessions for older children up to the age of seven where there are additional or special educational needs.

If you’re looking for a gentle, supportive space to connect with your baby, build confidence, and feel part of a community, I’d love to welcome you.

IAIM Baby Massage

The International Association of Infant Massage (IAIM) was established by Vimala McClure, who was inspired by the traditional practices she observed during her time in India in the 1970s. Recognising the value of touch and connection, she aimed to introduce these nurturing techniques to families across the world while respecting their cultural origins.

The IAIM mission statement is:

‘The purpose of the International Association of Infant Massage is to promote nurturing touch and communication through training, education and research; so parents, caregivers and children are loved, valued and respected throughout the world community.’

This was collectively written by over 100 Certified Infant Massage Instructors during the first IAIM General Assembly, held in Orlando, Florida, in 1992.
