Motherhood is powerful — but it can also feel overwhelming at times. This five-week course is a calm, supportive space for you and your baby to slow down, connect, and look after your wellbeing.

 

With gentle movement, massage, sensory play, and honest conversation, you’ll learn simple ways to ease physical tension, lift your mood, and strengthen your bond with your little one.

Each week blends soothing techniques for both you and your baby — giving you time to focus on yourself while also supporting your baby’s development. Whether you’re hoping to feel more confident, ease anxiety, or simply enjoy a mindful moment together, this course is designed to leave you feeling cared for and restored.

Each Week Includes:

Gentle movement & breathing
Supporting your postnatal recovery while helping you:

  • Release stress and anxiety

  • Ease aches and improve posture

  • Increase flexibility and mobility

  • Deepen relaxation and body awareness

Nursery rhymes for baby massage
Gentle massage for hands, feet, back, and chest, paired with music to:

  • Support sensory and language development

  • Build a deeper bond with your baby

  • Create a calming routine for home

  • Introduce soothing rhythm and rhyme

​

Story massage
Using simple strokes alongside storytelling to:

  • Boost oxytocin (the bonding hormone)

  • Encourage early language and listening skills

  • Support emotional development

  • Create a gentle wind-down routine

Sensory play with treasure baskets
Exploring natural materials to:

  • Stimulate multiple senses

  • Spark curiosity and discovery

  • Build fine motor skills and coordination

  • Support cognitive and emotional growth

Wellbeing massage for you
Simple techniques to:

  • Ease muscle tightness and discomfort

  • Boost circulation and energy

  • Reduce stress and help you feel grounded

  • Support your postnatal recovery

Partner & family back massage
An easy massage to use at home with your partner or children:

  • Relieve shoulder and back tension

  • Strengthen relationships through touch

  • Encourage relaxation for the whole family
