Community Walks
I organise relaxed, welcoming community walks where mums can get out of the house, connect with others and feel supported in a natural, pressure-free environment.
These walks aren’t about structure or fitness — they’re about conversation, fresh air and creating a sense of connection during a time that can often feel isolating. Getting outside, even for a short walk, can have a powerful impact on mood, energy levels and overall wellbeing, helping mums feel more like themselves again.
Many mums tell me these simple meet-ups give them something to look forward to, helping to build confidence, reduce feelings of isolation and gently ease them back into everyday life. Many mums who have joined previous walks have messaged afterwards to say it was the first time they’d been out of the house on their own with their baby, and that the walk gave them a real confidence boost and improved their mood.
As part of Touch • Attach • Grow, these walks contribute to a wider mission to reduce isolation and build supportive local communities for parents.
From time to time, Stacey from Chaplins Captures joins our walks to capture natural, meaningful moments between mums and their babies — creating beautiful memories in a relaxed, unobtrusive way. These images are shared with families at no cost, as part of creating a supportive and memorable experience.

Our next walk will take place on Wednesday 15th April at 11am in Sefton Park. We’ll be meeting outside the main entrance to the Palm House — we’d love to see you there. Please note that Stacey will not be able to attend this walk.
You don’t need to have attended a course to join, and the walk is completely free. Everyone is welcome, and if you’d prefer to see how you feel on the day, you’re very welcome to just turn up
