Supporting families through touch, connection and community

 

I set up Touch Attach Grow CIC because I believe every family deserves the opportunity to feel supported, build a close bond with their baby and connect with others.

 

Through my Community Interest Company, I help make baby massage and wellbeing courses more accessible to families across Merseyside.

 

What I offer

 

Baby Massage

A five-week course for parents and babies from birth to 12 months.

 

Learn gentle massage techniques that can support relaxation, ease wind and tummy discomfort, and help you recognise and respond to your baby’s signals. Each week offers time to connect with your baby, build confidence and chat with other parents in a welcoming space.

 

Wellbeing for Mothers & Babies

A five-week course for mums with babies aged around 3–12 months.

 

Time for your wellbeing as well as your baby’s. Sessions include breathing exercises, gentle movement, self-massage for mums, songs, story massage and activities to enjoy together. Weekly discussions offer space to reflect on motherhood, share experiences and feel supported.

 

One-to-one courses

 

I can also offer baby massage and wellbeing courses on a one-to-one basis for families who would benefit from more individual support, depending on availability and funding.

 

All my courses are baby-led and unhurried. Feeding, changing, comforting and taking a break are always welcome. There’s no pressure to join in with everything or share more than you feel comfortable with.

 

Connection beyond the course

 

Support can continue through a WhatsApp group, community walks and my free Touch Local Wellbeing Card, which gives families access to offers from local businesses across Merseyside.

 

Funded places

 

Thanks to National Lottery funding, I can offer funded courses for mums experiencing financial difficulties or low mental health, and parents who are care leavers.

 

If you’re interested in joining a funded course, please fill out my pre-course questionnaire. This helps me understand the support you need and check whether I can offer you a funded place. Your answers will be kept confidential.
