Course Terms and Conditions
​​Booking & Payment
A £40 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place on the course at So Curious.
Courses at Beyond Midwives require paymnet in full at time f booking.

The remaining £70 balance must be paid at least 7 days before the course begins. Payment details will be sent after booking.
If the course balance is not received by the due date, your place may be offered to another family.
Deposits are non-refundable as they secure your place within a carefully planned group and reserve time and space for you and your baby.
Course bookings are non-transferable between venues.

Cancellations
Courses are intentionally kept limited to create a calm and supportive space for each family attending.
If you need to cancel your place:
• More than 7 days before the course begins – the deposit is non-refundable but the remaining balance will not be due.
• Less than 7 days before the course begins – the full course fee remains payable as it is usually difficult to fill spaces at short notice.
If your circumstances change before the course starts, I will always try to transfer your place to a future course where possible, although this cannot be guaranteed.
Please only book if you are confident you can attend the course.

Illness
If you or your baby are feeling unwell, please do not attend the session. This helps protect other families and babies attending the course.
If you are unable to attend due to illness, you are very welcome to attend a missed session on a future course if space allows. Refunds cannot be provided for missed sessions.

Missed Sessions
If you are unable to attend a session, refunds cannot be provided for missed classes.
However, if space allows, you are very welcome to attend the missed session on a future course.

Instructor Illness
The health and safety of families attending the course is very important.
If I am unwell and there is a risk of passing illness to others, the session or course may be postponed to a later date rather than taking the risk of transmitting viruses to vulnerable babies and families.
If a session is postponed due to instructor illness, refunds are not offered. Your course place will be honoured on the rearranged date.

Course Changes
In the unlikely event that a session needs to be cancelled for any other reason, an alternative date will be arranged.

A Baby-Led Space
Sessions are relaxed and baby-led. Babies may feed, sleep, cry, or simply observe during the class — all of this is completely normal.
